THE CLIENT
Our client provides financial services to Australian businesses to help them grow globally. This small but complex organisation are continuing to thrive and are therefore seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to join their team in this newly created role initially on an 18 month FTC. Based in Sydney CBD.
THE CANDIDATE
To be successful in this role you must have in-house experience within the banking/finance sector. You must also be able to work with autonomy and be able to take initiative on projects and drive recruitment. Our client is seeking team player who have a ‘hands on’ approach and are willing to work outside their job scope to assist in the overall success of the team. You have to be able to build relationships at all levels.
Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Director of HR Operations and Remuneration, this is very much a hands on role encompassing complete end to end recruitment from initial requisition through to onboarding. The recruitment function will be yours to own as you will be responsible for being an ambassador for the organisation, promoting the brand to eligible candidates, building talent pipelines, establishing process improvement and will even get the opportunity to implement an ATS.
