ABOUT THE ROLE
Are you an experienced agency recruiter looking to make a move to in-house? Perhaps you already have internal recruitment experience and are looking for the next step in your career? In which case this could be the opportunity you’ve been looking for. Our team work predominantly from home, with one to two days a week based in our Reading office.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
Joining the secondary care resourcing team at Practice Plus Group as a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will have full responsibility for recruitment within a portfolio of hospitals. Working autonomously to build strong working relationships with a number of key stakeholders and hiring managers you will be responsible for sourcing talent to key vacancies within our hospitals. The vacancies you will be tasked with recruiting to will range from specialist clinical nurses, to consultant grade doctors and operational management.
We invest to ensure you have all the tools you’ll need to fulfil your role, from those you’d expect like access to job boards, CV databases, a fantastic applicant tracking system (Eploy), LinkedIn Recruiter and others to more cutting edge and innovative ways of reaching our target talent markets. Recent examples of which include geo-fenced mobile adverts, targeted audio adverts via podcasts and music streaming platforms, programmatic banner adverts, remarketing and pay-per-click.
You’ll be offered training and development and will be actively encouraged to bring new ideas to the table, if you’ve a natural curiosity in evolving employer brand and recruitment marketing we’ll ensure you’ve access to the people and expertise to develop your own knowledge and application of such techniques. Likewise if data analysis, identifying trends and finding solutions to problems we might not know exist is your thing you’ll have ample opportunity to apply your inquisitive mind in this role too.
