Job Title: Talent Acquisition Partner
Location: Aberdeen, Hybrid 2+ Days per week in the office
Salary: £45,000 - £55,000

Responsibilities:

ROVCO IS AN EXCITING AND DYNAMIC ENVIRONMENT MEANING THESE ARE LIKELY TO CHANGE AS WE GROW. UPON JOINING YOUR OBJECTIVES AND RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

Provide input to and execute a comprehensive direct sourcing and attraction strategy.

  • Support the generation & nurturing of talent pipelines for a diverse range of roles based domestically and internationally (with a focus on US & EU)
  • Utilise various channels, including LinkedIn and social media, to source and provide shortlisted candidates meeting role requirement
  • Develop close relationships with the business to support operational resourcing activities
  • Collaborate effectively with People team members and hiring managers for a seamless recruitment-to-onboarding process.
  • Track and analyse recruitment data, demographics, and pipeline to inform future recruitment processes.
  • Support the DEI strategy by ensuring that our sourcing & attraction strategy are reaching diverse talent pools.

  • Demonstrated experience in a similar recruitment / talent acquisition role, preferably within an offshore/subsea business
  • Sourcing expertise – ability to identify and attract candidates in niche talent pools
  • Stakeholder management - Excellent interpersonal skills to build collaborative relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and industry contacts.
  • Organisational Skills - Project management skills to handle multiple recruitment processes and mobilization activities simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and interpreting & reporting on market trends and data
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
