ABOUT YOU
We’re looking for a talented and motivated Talent Acquisition Partner to join our growing team in Sydney as a part time Talent Acquisition Partner, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our company by identifying, attracting, and securing top talent across multiple departments and regions within APJ. You’ll be responsible for the execution and delivery of the end to end, full-cycle recruitment process with a specific focus on the GTM roles such as sales & customer success.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand their hiring needs and develop comprehensive recruitment strategies.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and making job offers.
- Identify and engage passive candidates through creative sourcing techniques and networking within the SaaS and tech industry.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to meet current and future staffing needs.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, providing timely communication and feedback.
- Partner with HR and hiring managers to develop competitive compensation packages and negotiate offers with candidates.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to continually improve recruitment strategies.
- Track and report on recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment efforts and make data-driven decisions.
- Collaborate with the global HR team to maintain consistency in recruitment processes and promote a unified employer brand.
