We’re looking for a seasoned Talent Acquisition Partner dedicated to innovatively and efficiently driving our recruiting efforts. This pivotal role focuses solely on attracting, hiring, and retaining the best talent for inside sales representatives and customer support roles, ensuring we meet our strategic growth targets in this vibrant new market.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or relevant field.
- Extensive experience in talent acquisition, particularly in a fast-paced, tech-focused environment.
- Proficient in utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills, with an ability to engage effectively at all levels of the organization and across cultures.
