  • 5 + Experience in Project Management role within Talent Acquisition or Human Resources Organization
  • Interpersonal development/effectiveness experience
  • Effective oral and written communication skills are required to get along with colleagues and management.

  • B.S./B.A. in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or related experience

Responsibilities:

THIS IS A CONTRACTOR POSITION FOR CANDIDATES BASED IN BOISE, ID OR SAN JOSE, CA. THIS IS NOT A REMOTE ROLE.

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Project Specialist/Admin is responsible for providing strategic Talent Acquisitions. As a Talent Acquisition Project Specialist, you will contribute to leading Talent Acquisition projects with the People Organization to ensure effective project coordination and reporting across Talent Acquisition Managers. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for working with and collaborating cross-functionally with various leads in the Talent Acquisition Org. Key focus areas include Talent Acquisition project management, organizational change, strategic executive support, and establishing Talent Acquisition standards.

  • Provides oversight for Talent Acquisition programs and projects.
  • Develop business reports program and project processes and ensure that accurate and timely information is collected and reported regularly on project progress.
  • Develop and maintain resources for managing projects, including templates and toolkits encompassing the project management methodology.
  • Coordinates project deliverables and collaborations with internal and external team members as needed.
  • Regularly conducting comprehensive status reviews on all project activities to monitor milestone progress; regularly tracks and escalates issues to Talent Acquisition leadership for awareness and project resolution.
  • Facilitates and assists in correctly articulating and communicating accurate expectations of project progress, project prioritization, and project delivery timelines.
  • Produces accurate and timely reports of project status throughout their life cycle.
  • Demonstrates and leverages strategic solid and business understanding.
  • Uses various evaluation methods to assess project risks and areas for improvement.
  • Develop strategic process flows for process improvement.
  • Development and implementation of business-focused Talent Acquisition metrics.
  • Delivering reliable workforce data with corresponding workforce reporting and analytics.

OTHER TA RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Ensure candidate onboarding tasks are completed in Workday for recruiters.
  • Schedule complex interviews for recruiters onsite and virtual
  • Audit to ensure compliance with saving phone screen notes, intake forms, and interview feedback in the system.
  • Assisting with PowerPoint deck content visualization
  • Assist with travel and other scheduling assistance as needed.
  • Assist with team call preparation.
