Your Role and Responsibilities
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Recruiter, who drives IBM Japan Group hiring from Malaysia. In this role, you will contribute to a wide range of activities in the recruitment lifecycle, including passive candidate search, scouting, communication with candidates and hiring managers, and offer extension. You will be an integral part of our global Talent Acquisition community and collaborate with recruiters in Japan, sourcers and coordinators in Malaysia and other locations. Your mission will be part of this team, hire qualified talents, and build the future of IBM.
Your Responsibilities:
- You will drive IBM Japan Group hiring from Malaysia.
- Specifically, as part of our direct hiring strategy, your responsibility includes Passive candidate search on job boards, Scouting candidates, Recruiter interviews, submitting diverse slate of candidates to Hiring Managers, Communication with candidates in the selection process, Communication with Hiring Managers about the selection process and results, designing competitive offers, Explaining offers to candidates
- You will handle these activities as a member of our global Talent Acquisition community.
Your Opportunities:

- You will collaborate with Talent Acquisition experts around the globe, as a member of our global team.
- On a daily basis, you will practice our direct recruiting strategy, by communicating with recruiters in Japan, sourcers and coordinators in Malaysia and other locations.
- Additionally, you will get a deep understanding of IT and Consulting industries as well as trends and operations of the Human Resources department, by collaborating with Hiring Managers, Talent Acquisition branding and process professionals, and other HR colleagues.
