As a Talent Acquisition Sourcer, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and engaging top talent for our organization. You will collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand their needs and devise effective sourcing strategies based on research and data mining to uncover top talent. Your primary focus will be on proactively sourcing candidates through various channels, including online databases, social media platforms, networking events, and referrals. You will be responsible for building and maintaining a pipeline of qualified candidates to meet both current and future hiring demands.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough research to identify potential talent pools and niche communities relevant to our industry and specific roles.
  • Utilize various sourcing techniques to identify and attract passive and active candidates, including online sourcing tools, job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks.
  • Engage with candidates through phone calls and personalized outreach messages to generate interest and establish rapport.
  • Screen resumes and applications to assess candidates’ qualifications, skills, and fit for specific roles.
  • Conduct preliminary interviews to evaluate candidates’ communication skills, experience, and motivation.
  • Provide timely feedback to candidates and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the sourcing and screening process.
  • Build and maintain a database of prospective candidates for current and future hiring needs.
  • Regularly update candidate profiles and notes in the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Monitor and track sourcing metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand their hiring requirements and priorities.
  • Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates on sourcing progress, candidate pipeline, and market insights.
  • Collaborate with the broader talent acquisition team to share best practices, leverage resources, and contribute to the overall success of the recruitment process.
