Description:

HOW WILL YOU CONTRIBUTE TO THE SUCCESS OF DHL?

  • Build and deliver excellence in each stage of the talent acquisition process including sourcing, employer brand, candidate engagement and experience, screening, selection and hiring
  • Work closely with hiring managers to ensure a thorough understanding of the position requirements and expectations
  • Provide consistent follow up with internal management and candidates to ensure timeliness of the recruitment process
  • Manage the pipeline for requisitions across multiple teams and functions
  • Take initiative with stakeholders to develop new recruitment strategies
  • Proactively seek out passive candidates through creative sourcing techniques
  • Stay abreast of relevant external employment market trends and proactively propose new strategies
  • Participate in networking events, attend job fairs and off-site recruitment programs to obtain a strong pool of candidates and to effectively meet hiring needs
  • Screening and Evaluation:
  • Review resumes and applications to assess qualifications and match with job requirements
  • Conduct phone screens or initial interviews to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience and cultural fit
  • Create screening/interview questions based on the job description and the ideal candidate for the position
  • Administer pre-employment assessments and tests, if applicable
  • Interview Coordination:
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and team members
  • Provide candidates with information about the company and the interview process
  • Collect feedback from interviewers and communicate updates to candidates
  • Candidate Assessment
  • Assess candidates’ qualifications, skills and cultural fit with he organization
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to make informed decisions on candidate selection
  • Conduct reference checks and background checks as required
  • Offer Management:
  • Prepare and extend job offers to selected candidates.
  • Gather salary and benefits packages in alignment with company guidelines.
  • Ensure a smooth onboarding process for accepted candidates.
  • Data Management and Reporting:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Generate reports on recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve the recruitment process.
  • Recommend and lead data automation processes.
  • Spearhead process optimization projects to improve efficiency.
  • Compliance and Documentation:
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.
  • Maintain records of recruitment activities, including job descriptions, offer letters, and related documents.
  • Champion the development of automating processes and systems to eliminate or reduce manual processes and tasks
  • Represent DHL with professionalism, integrity, and authenticity, as per our corporate values.
  • Manage and track employee referrals for Referral Bonus Eligibility
  • Reconcile Denied Parties Submissions monthly to ensure compliance. Investigate any discrepancies
  • Manage and update DocuSign templates as compliance changes with new forms, signatures required, etc
