THE OPPORTUNITY

This role will help leaders with end to end recruitment across all teams including Client Services, Marketing, Sales, Design and Engineering globally. Our ideal candidate has experience working in house recruiting for a variety of roles and levels. We are in the midst of implementing Greenhouse (from Lever) so experience working with either tool is a plus!
This is a 9 month contract opportunity on our team and we are looking for someone Toronto based who is excited to work in office 3x a week.

THE INTERVIEW PROCESS:

Every role starts the same, an introductory call with someone from our Talent Acquisition team. We will be looking for company and values-fit as well as your professional experience; there may be some technical role-specific questions during this call.
Every role is different after the initial call, but you can expect to meet several people from the team 1:1 and there might be further skill assessments in the form of a Take Home Assignment/Case Study Presentation or Pair Programming/Live Coding exercise depending on the role. In your initial call, we will walk you through exactly what to expect the process to be.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end recruitment of technical and business roles throughout Flywheel, including senior level and niche roles
  • Develop and maintain strong business partnerships with hiring managers and candidates
  • Understanding hiring pain points, motivations and business context to help attract great talent
  • Our team is evolving, so an interest in working on projects and building out process is an asset
  • Build diverse candidate pipelines and facilitating world-class candidate experiences
  • Help create and conduct interview, hiring process and bias training with our Managers and Interviewers
  • Constantly improving process, you will help build out Recruitment processes at Flywheel including feedback forms, interview kits and metrics reporting
  • Build the Flywheel brand as an amazing company and incredible place for people to work
