Role OverviewDuties

Responsibilities:

ROLE OVERVIEW

Within a dynamic team of 4 HR people,. you will be in charge of the recruitment process, from the sourcing to the onboarding, of several profiles, engineers, sales, logistics, executive… for our different entities in Belgium, France, Switzerland and USA.
In a spirit of collaboration and improvement, you will work closely with an other recruiter.

DUTIES

  • Collaborative management of the recruitment process : sourcing, interviews, follow-up with the team leaders, selection, offers…
  • Administrative follow-up (KPIs, follow-up of the recruitment plan, update of the ATS),
  • Organize the recruiting events in collaboration with the HR team & the Communication (job fairs, conferences, universities/high schools events…)
  • Participate in the onboarding of new joiners, make sure their 1st day remains an experience to remember
  • Provide support with job descriptions
  • Participate in continuous HR process improvement related to recruitment, onboarding and offboarding,
  • Give support to the team on several HR topics (onboarding, offboarding, administrative, trainings…)
