Responsibilities:

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS ROLE:

  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in Human Resource Management or Recruitment.
  • Proven experience with a Recruitment Management System or Human Resource Management system.
  • Experience in partnering with all business levels including Service staff, Senior Management and Executive teams.
  • Experience in leading a team of recruiters or the like in high volume, fast paced environment.
  • Experience in understanding and interpreting awards.

You will be responsible for leading a small team of Talent and Development Co-ordinators with talent acquisition. You have exceptional recruitment, leadership and organisational skills to carry out the following duties:

  • Prepare and place advertisements for vacant roles across your assigned region using a variety of job boards and social media platforms.
  • Complete Talent Search using Page Up and Seek Talent Search.
  • Liaise with and manage recruitment agency use to minimise spend.
  • Provide full recruitment service to Centre Managers and manage end to end recruitment for all Centre staff across your region.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to talent and development coordinators.
  • Review team performance to drive performance outcomes against KPIs.
  • Act as a trusted advisor on all recruitment and retention matters and strategies.
  • Build and develop relationships with key stakeholders across the business, and externally to school leavers to pursue a career in early childhood education and care.
  • Undertake required recruitment administration tasks.
  • Work closely with the necessary teams to encourage and grow Affinity Education Group’s values
