YOUR OPPORTUNITY

We are actively looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to become an integral part of our future focused and dynamic team, offering support to our various business lines. This role allows flexibility to work from any of our offices throughout Canada, and you will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Drive strategic sourcing initiatives to enhance talent acquisition, employing a business partnering approach to define needs and talent requirements.
  • Utilize analytics and market intel to develop and implement effective sourcing strategies that result in the acquisition of high-caliber talent
  • Cultivate external relationships and establish social networks with highly skilled professionals to strengthen our talent pipeline.
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of our business and stay abreast of national and local markets, positioning the team as a leader in the ongoing competition for top-tier talent.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to gain insights into current and future talent requirements, aligning recruitment strategies with organizational objectives.
  • Partner with hiring managers/Partners and the HR team to refine role specifications, incorporating market data such as high-demand skills.
  • Provide consultative guidance on talent acquisition activities, sharing best practices and recommending candidate sourcing and recruitment strategies aligned with the Firm’s goals.
  • Serve as a brand ambassador, effectively communicating and reinforcing the firm’s employee value proposition to attract top talent.
  • Demonstrate business acumen to understand and contribute to the financial goals of the business, ensuring that talent acquisition efforts play a strategic role in reaching and exceeding these objectives.

  • You demonstrate the ability to consistently deliver high levels of service to hiring managers, Partners, and candidates alike.
  • You showcase exceptional strategic sourcing capabilities, contributing to the acquisition of top-tier talent for the organization.
  • You exhibit strong problem-solving skills, along with analytical prowess and effective communication abilities.
  • You are able to proficiently navigate relevant computer software, including MS Word and Excel, HRIS/HRMS, and performance and talent management systems.If you have prior experience in a professional services firm, it is considered an asset, enhancing your suitability for the role.
