YOUR EXPERIENCE:

  • Previous recruitment experience within a Defence environment (highly regarded).
  • Experience with high volume processing (desired).

YOUR EDUCATION:

  • Diploma or cert level (desired) however relevant experience also acceptable.

Responsibilities:

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Execute against the C4i Solutions recruitment objectives and FY targets.
  • React quickly to client and candidate requirements and manage C4i Solutions submissions and proposals.
  • Identify and assess business opportunities and react promptly.
  • Manage all aspects of end-to-end recruitment activities from requirements definition to execution of employment contract, including advertising, phone screening, conducting interviews, background screening (AS-4811).
  • Manage all aspects of the candidate lifecycle within the ATS, including candidate communications, document management and workflows.
  • Utilise social media to promote C4i Solutions, advertise opportunity, and attract prospective candidates.
  • Develop relevant sourcing strategies to identify talent within C4i Solutions strategic sectors.
  • Create talent pools for current and future C4i Solutions talent, utilizing the ATS and social media tools such as LinkedIn.
  • Prioritise candidates ensuring a candidate first experience.
  • Provide innovative solutions to problems.
  • Adopt and optimized and digitized approach wherever possible.
  • Champion the C4i Solutions brand and employee value proposition.

OTHER DUTIES:

  • Support the Manager Talent and Culture and Managing Director as required.
  • Support the Managing Director as required.
