Description:

CatalystOne is growing! We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join us in our Oslo office. You’ll work across Scandinavia, and partner with hiring managers from all departments, across our two companies, CatalystOne and Populum. You’ll be joining an established team of four in People & Culture, and this role will report to the Talent Acquisition Manager.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum of three years of recruitment experience in the tech/SaaS industry, with a knack for navigating the Scandinavian talent landscape.
  • Track record hiring tech profiles like Software Engineers, Security and Product Managers.
  • You have proven experience sourcing and hiring passive candidates using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter or similar.
  • Experience working strategically with hiring managers and interview teams, advising on best practices.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional candidate and hiring manager experiences.
  • Experience working in ad-hoc projects within Employer branding and DEIB.
  • Fluency in English and it would be a bonus to have fluency in a Scandinavian language.

Responsibilities:

360 Recruitment: From writing a job ad to candidate onboarding, you will manage the entire recruitment lifecycle. Your task list will be varied, including things like screening, interviewing, scheduling and keeping everyone updated all at once.
Sourcing: You’ll use your sourcing skills to find hard-to-reach candidates and get them into our recruitment processes.
Strategic partnering: You’ll be an advisor and partner to hiring managers, understanding their needs and challenges while providing strategic guidance.
Candidate Experience: Whether the outcome is positive or negative, you always provide a great experience throughout the process.
Reporting: Keeping check on our progress and efficiency is all well & good but you’ll go beyond that to find ways to keep us improving.
Tools: Reporting needs tools like LinkedIn, ATS, AI, Excel, and the list goes on but you’re comfortable working across tools and are curious about exploring new ones.
