Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the business and HR/TA leadership team to develop regional recruitment strategies and ensure flawless execution with the support of all stakeholders
  • Plan and lead full life cycle recruiting for roles including Health Care Aide’s, Nurses (LPN’s/RN’s), and other healthcare professionals
  • Develop strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders and equip them with the knowledge and tools they need to support the hiring process
  • Provide an consultative approach to talent acquisition - ensure the entire process delivers a positive experience for hiring managers and candidates through effective coaching, planning, communication and delivery of outcomes
  • Proactively source talent by leveraging social media and other online networks to identify and attract qualified candidates
  • Screen, interview, and short list candidates for hiring managers and ensure all interviews are scheduled accordingly
  • Identify, share and implement best practices and trends in talent acquisition
  • Provide regular reporting and metrics to all appropriate stakeholders
  • Be a brand ambassador and promote CBI Home Health as an employer of choice
