Role and responsibility

Your main responsibility as Talent Acquisition Specialist is to attract, screen, and select qualified candidates to meet our company’s talent acquisition needs. You will be based in one of our countries of operation (preferably Germany, UK, or the Benelux) and work with recruitment across the EMEA region (Europe, Middle east, and Africa). This is a new role within the region, and you will get the opportunity to play a key role in developing in-house recruitment for Munter’s in the region.

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from requisition creation to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Ensuring a positive candidate experience
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and documentation in the applicant tracking system
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings.
  • Utilize various recruitment and sourcing channels, including online job boards, social media, industry-specific platforms, universities, job fairs, and professional networks.
  • Collaborate with the hiring manager and the Global People Development team and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent within the industrial sector.

You will be a part of the People Services team in EMEA, reporting to the HR Director for EMEA. You will have the option to work remotely, offering flexibility and balance in your professional life. Travel to sites in the region or job fairs can occur.
Skills And Qualifications
If you are passionate about Talent Acquisition with a proven track record as a Recruiter, preferably in the industrial or manufacturing sector, we want to hear from you! We are looking for an excellent communicator with interpersonal skills to engage with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders. You can manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment and matrix organization.
To be successful in this role you need to have strong interviewing and assessment skills to evaluate candidates effectively. We believe you have a digital savviness, proficient in Microsoft products, HRIS systems (Workday experience is a big plus) and talent attraction channels. You have a relevant education such as Human Resources or Business Administration, or equivalent experience. Fluent in English is essential, additional language is a plus.
