Responsibilities

• Designing eye-catching recruitment advertisements for sourcing particularly for volume hiring
• Sourcing potential candidates through online company career portals, recruitment sites, job boards, social platforms, networking, association etc.
• Conducts in-depth interview and endorsed top quality candidates to the business
• Determining the audience, method, and reach of the hiring process.
