Here are some qualifications that would be beneficial for this position:

  • Experience in active talent research on LinkedIn
  • Experience or motivation to learn to manage end-to-end recruitment processes
  • Experience in interviewing and talent assessment
  • A self-driven mentality and readiness to manage diverse tasks simultaneously
  • Excellent communication skills, including fluency in both Finnish and English languages

Responsibilities:

We are excited to invite you to join our team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist. We are seeking a great team player with good energy and passion for recruitment. In this role you actively engage in a range of talent acquisition activities. You will procure talent and establish business-critical talent pipelines in Finland by actively headhunting talents and taking part in interviewing and other full-cycle recruitment process activities such as job ad editing and distribution, prescreening applications, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. You will be a trusted colleague who consults and supports our business lines in all matters of Talent Acquisition e.g. job offers or Career path model related questions.
We are interested in a talent who is eager to learn, both together and individually. As a team, we learn by doing and sharing best practices internally as we progress.
We are on the lookout for an energized individual to join our team for a fixed-term position, covering a 12 months parental leave period. The ideal start date for this exciting opportunity would preferably be Monday 02.09.2024. Your location can be Tampere or Helsinki. As we are advocates of a flexible work environment, you can expect a blend of remote and office work. In order to achieve great candidate experience and optimal teamwork, occasional face-to-face collaboration is needed in this role. For those located in Tampere, exciting opportunities await as you will have the chance to travel to our Helsinki office on a need basis (minimum monthly - max weekly basis), ensuring seamless collaboration and fostering a truly remarkable work environment. Please kindly note that, at this time, we are unable to offer relocation opportunities.
