EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Experience in full-life cycle recruiting and hiring.
  • Skills in employer branding and creating a compelling employer brand.
  • Experience in conducting interviews and evaluating candidates.
  • Strong knowledge of recruiting best practices and strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Flexibility to work both in the office and remotely.
  • Prior experience recruiting within the Software or IT industry plus knowledge in the banking or financial industry is a plus.

Responsibilities:

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Inlogik. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for full-life cycle recruiting, hiring, employer branding, and conducting interviews across Australia, UK, Europe, USA / Canada and New Zealand. The role will be primarily based in our Hawthorn, VIC, with the flexibility to work partially remotely.
Part of the role will be managing the onboarding process which includes conducting security checks on all prospective employees and associated administration. Participating with internal security and compliance audits and being involved with HR projects across the Group.
