The HR department is responsible for making sure our employees are well taken care of since our people are at the heart of what we do. From recruiting and onboarding to consulting and training, we are the main contact for the SkyCell team.

Responsibilities:

  • Draft job postings and pre-screen applications in close collaboration with line managers
  • Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks)
  • Serve as a point of contact for new hires, answering questions and providing assistance throughout the pre-boarding and onboarding process
  • Schedule, coordinate and conduct interviews with candidates
  • Conduct and discuss DISC analyses with all candidates
  • Prepare and send out offers
  • Prepare and send out contracts
  • Prepare and distribute pre-boarding documentation, including new hire paperwork, company policies, and benefit information
  • Foster long-term relationships with potential candidates
  • Conduct recruitment related trainings
  • Provide an exceptional candidate experience by delivering timely communication, personalised interactions, and professional support
