Your tasks and responsibilities in your role as Strategic Talent Sourcer:

  • Proactive Talent Acquisition: Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to identify, attract and engage passive candidates for current and future positions.
  • Market research and Talent Review: Conduct thorough market research and talent reviews to create talent pools and identify key trends and competitor analysis.
  • Collaboration with hiring managers: Work closely with hiring managers and the HR team to understand the requirements and qualifications of the positions to be filled and present suitable candidates.
  • Candidate Support: Guide potential candidates through the entire application process to build and maintain strong relationships by coordinating appointments, processing applications and providing continuous feedback.

REQUIREMENTS FOR A GOOD FIT:

  • Studies: Completed degree (Bachelor or Master) (in the field of Human Resources, or a related field of advantage)
  • Work experience: Internship of advantage in the field of HR
  • Skills: Excellent organization and communication skills, ability to multi-task and to prioritize actions, proactive mindset and passion for HR and a desire to learn and grow in the field
  • Language skills: Very good knowledge of both German and English (at least at C1 level)*
  • Global scale - Table 1 (CEFR 3.3): Common Reference levels (coe.int)
