  • Source candidates through various channels (primarily LinkedIn)
  • Conduct 2nd interviews including assessment feedback
  • Develop and implement employer branding initiatives to attract top talent
  • Track and report on recruitment metrics to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement
  • DE&I initiative
