REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum of three-five years experience in a similar role
  • Familiarity with global recruitment practices, particularly within the EU
  • IT literate, with experience in reporting and data analysis
  • Comfortable presenting to stakeholders and relevant personnel
  • Familiar with LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruitment tools
  • Demonstrated competence, organisation and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work independently and self-direct
  • Comfortable working in a deadline-driven environment
  • Willingness to travel occasionally as required (Ireland and Poland)

Responsibilities:

  • Take full ownership of recruitment cycles, from advertising, sourcing to successful offer stage
  • Forge and sustain positive relationships with candidates, hiring managers and stakeholders through regular consultation and engagement in processes
  • Coach and upskill hiring managers to empower them in making hiring decisions that create a positive candidate experience
  • Pro-actively build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future needs
  • Provide monthly reports on relevant recruitment figures for the SMT, including leveraging historical recruiting data to inform future hiring decisions
  • Drive towards targets and deadlines with a goal-oriented mindset
  • Investigate the market for respective recruitment locations to stay competitive
  • Travel to other offices in Ireland & Poland as require
