JOB DESCRIPTION

With the rapid growth of the Navigatr Group, we are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic team to significantly impact our department’s performance. Based on experience and qualifications, this position will be assigned to execute recruitment search mandates for one of our divisions: Kensington Tours, Travel Edge, TripArc, and Ensemble, while providing support to the larger Talent Acquisition team. You will be entrusted with an ongoing quest to identify top talent, build a strong employer brand, and ensure a great experience for both the candidate and internal hiring manager. The ideal candidate will be organized, entrepreneurial, and creative with the ability to utilize a variety of recruitment approaches.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Education: University or college degree.
  • Talent Acquisition: Previous talent acquisition experience, preferably in the travel or technologies industries using a variety of assessment/selection strategies.
  • Stakeholder Support: Proven success in managing stakeholders’ expectation and deliverables with the ability to navigate through a pivoting work environment.
  • Work experience: Direct experience in selling travel and/or travel industry and IT/Technical recruitment experience preferred.
  • System: Proficiency in applicant tracking system(s) and MS Office. GDS (Sabre, Amadeus, etc.) experience strongly desired.
  • Culture: Team-oriented, low-ego, disciplined, take ownership, thrive in a fast-pace entrepreneurial environment, and has a good sense of humour.
