Talent Acquisition Specialist
PERI is currently looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join the PERI Family! As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you’ll play an essential role in building relationships and communicating consistently and proactively throughout the recruitment process to ensure all participants in the hiring process are updated and well informed. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will also be responsible for organizing and executing recruitment programs as well as supporting ongoing talent development initiatives. We are looking for someone who has a positive attitude, an entrepreneurial spirit, is open-minded, passionate about their work, in addition to being a team player. Responsibilities:

  • Partner with HR and management on developing recruiting strategies
  • Establish and maintain relationships with external organizations to create a talent pool, including but not limited to:
  • Colleges, universities, vocational/tech schools, veteran organizations
  • Continually improve recruitment processes
  • Conduct full lifecycle recruiting efforts, including but not limited:
  • Posting and maintaining ads
  • Sourcing candidates
  • Track and manage all communications with applicants
  • Conduct preliminary screen of candidates
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews cooperatively with hiring managers and/or HR colleagues
  • Follow-up on interviews with candidate status and provide feedback to managers and candidates
  • Extend offers of employment
  • Ensure management and admin are prepared for the arrival of new hire
  • Maintain recruiting metrics
  • Keep current with industry hiring trends
  • Assist with executing talent development programs
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
