THE ROLE

Country Road Group is one of Australia’s largest specialty fashion retailers, comprising of five iconic brands - Country Road, Trenery, Mimco, Politix and Witchery. We are looking for highly motivated and passionate individuals to be part of the Group’s evolution and support each brand to realise their full potential.
As the Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a key role in our high performing team, reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager. You will be accountable for leading and executing Retail recruitment across all the Country Road Group brands.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

• Support and execute the Talent Acquisition strategy and proactively approach all recruitment and selection initiatives and processes
• Support key states in Australia and across New Zealand, across all five brands; Country Road, Trenery, Mimco, Politix and Witchery
• Management of high volume recruitment, ensuring the delivery of agreed SLA’s
• Collaborate and partner closely with stakeholders to attract and retain key talent
• Drive proactive and creative sourcing strategies to attract key talent
• Build and maintain a talent pool in core and critical areas and identify and understand the key challenges across these areas
• Work across numerous Talent Acquisition and HR projects within CRG, focused on driving efficiencies and elevating the recruitment process for all brands
