Seeking a Talent Acquisition specialist to join one of the largest 3PL based in Truganina!

ABOUT THE COMPANY

Our client is one of Australia’s largest third logistic providers (3PL), fulfilling millions of orders a year supporting online and retail stores. They are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition specialist to support their HR function recruiting corporate and operational positions, working alongside hiring managers in an end-to-end recruitment talent function. Based in Truganina, a temporary position.
Due to location candidate will need to have a personal car and license, parking onsite is provided

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

You will have experience in end-to-end Recruitment
You may have exposure to blue collar environments
You will have experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, JobAdder
You will have the ability to work autonomously and manage time effectively
You will have exceptional problem solving, analytical skills
You will have good communication both written and verbal
You will have exceptional attention to detail
You will be immediately available to commence work

Responsibilities:

You will be trained and supported by the People & Culture Manager;

  • Upskilling and coaching of hiring managers on best practice recruitment processes
  • Conduct recruitment briefs with Line Managers for upcoming hires (corporate and operations)
  • End to end recruitment
  • Attract candidates through advertising of roles
  • Source candidates from the advertising and/or talent pool, proactive sourcing of candidates
  • Screening of candidates
  • Organise interviews
  • Conduct reference checks a
  • Organise assessment testing (if required)
  • Offer successful candidates, contract generation
  • Organise onboarding for new employees
  • Talent pooling for all operational warehouse roles
  • keeping up to date with the latest talent trends
  • Attendance at other sites, other than head office, is required from time to time.
  • Other duties as assigned by the Head of People & Culture
