Responsibilities:
- Strategic Client Engagement: Engage deeply with clients, mapping out a detailed profile for the ideal candidate, ensuring a targeted and meticulous search approach.
- Tailored Interview Design: Construct purposeful interview frameworks that align with specific roles, with the objective of extracting a candidate’s genuine competencies and potential.
