THE OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Talent Acquisition professional to join our team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist. Working closely with our hiring managers, you will be instrumental in supporting a high-volume, end to end recruitment process for Personal Support Workers.

  • Previous internal recruitment experience in a fast paced, high-volume environment.
  • Experience or willingness to learn about recruiting for a high number of roles requiring a quick turnaround.
  • Understanding of the importance of candidate sourcing in a competitive market.
  • You are flexible and able to thrive in a dynamic environment, working closely and successfully with internal teams.
  • You will be someone with a high attention to detail and outstanding organisation skills to manage recruitment campaigns for various regions.
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems and Employee Databases and intermediate computer skills and experience with Microsoft 365 programs.
