Responsibilities:

  • End to end recruitment providing direction to HM’s and HRBPs on the most effective go to market strategy.
  • Building trust with stakeholders through market and industry knowledge as well as the delivery of outcomes will be essential to your success not only as an individual contributor but to the overall solution
  • Recruitment across the supply chain and blue collar space
  • Delivering a best practice talent sourcing and attraction recruitment process
  • Strategic and tactical contribution to Talent Acquisition projects and initiatives such as driving client brand awareness and a best-in-class candidate experience
