BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma
- Full-cycle recruitment experience from requisition to onboarding and everything in between
- Past experience recruiting for a variety of technical, product, operations and sales roles
- Robust experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and LinkedIn Recruiter
- A track record of success
- An eagerness to learn and experiment to find best possible solutions

Responsibilities:
ROLE:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. As the Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for actively sourcing and screening candidates across multiple channels, conducting interviews, and partnering with hiring managers to facilitate the recruitment process. You will maintain a positive candidate experience, continuously improve sourcing and screening processes, and contribute to initiatives aimed at enhancing brand recognition and recruitment efforts.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Proactively sourcing candidates, passive and active, to maintain a stable pipeline utilizing various sourcing channels
- Conduct interviews, qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews
- Partnering with hiring managers on recruiting efforts
- Guiding candidates through hiring process
- Ensuring a positive candidate experience
- Maintain a high level of follow-up with both managers and candidates
- Identifying initiatives to improve brand recognition and recruitment efforts
- Identify gaps in current sourcing and screening process and assist in the continuous improvement
- Reporting on recruiting metrics
