The Universal Group has an exciting opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Human Resources team. Reporting to the Talent Strategies Manager, the Talent Acquisition Specialist partners with the Human Resources group and internal clients to drive forward our purpose of providing Peace of Mind to our clients and our employees. CANDIDATE EXPERIENCE
- Ensure a positive and seamless candidate experience from initial contact through the entire recruitment process
- Provide timely communication, feedback, and updates to candidates
- When applicable, consider candidates for different positions based on their skills and qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS
- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or Recruiter, preferably in a fast-paced corporate environment, preferably 2+ years
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong knowledge of modern recruiting practices, tools, and technologies.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software.
- Experience with employer branding and social media recruitment is a plus.
