YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

Concentrix is a great match if you have:

  • A Matric certificate
  • A minimum of 12 months experience in bulk recruitment in a contact centre environment
  • The ability to work US hours (14h00 to 23h00) in line with campaign specific operational hours
  • Knowledge of high-level advisor recruitment processes and current attraction methods, including social media
  • Strong relationship-building skills and effective communication at various levels
  • Proficiency in IT, including in-house systems and Microsoft functions
  • Dedication to process and procedure
  • Excellent knowledge of recruitment legislation

Responsibilities:

  • Follow the end-to-end advisor selection process and in-house DTL/TL assessment process
  • Support Delivery of North America recruitment during specified campaign operational hours (14h00 to 23h00)
  • Schedule pre-consult sessions and apply consistent screening criteria
  • Monitor and maintain job requirements, both external and internal
  • Update and manage the Applicant Tracking System for a fair recruitment journey
  • Collaborate with local recruitment agencies and provide feedback
  • Nurture and maintain key relationships with UK Recruitment Delivery Manager and UK Resourcing Business Partner
  • Communicate current opportunities and recruitment events
  • Coordinate with the Resource team to prepare for selection events and ensure paperwork compliance
  • Collaborate with the Senior Recruitment Consultant/Manager to identify key recruitment strategies and ensure a steady flow of quality candidates
  • Continuously review and refine the selection process to meet changing business needs
  • Promote and monitor the “refer a friend” scheme to attract high-quality candidates
  • Manage administration for advisor recruitment and internal assessment centres
  • Conduct pre-employment checks and vetting requirements
  • Provide additional administrative support to the recruitment function as needed
