Responsibilities:

An excellent opportunity is now available for an experienced Talent Acquisition professional to join our team at the National Heavy Vehicle Regulator (NHVR).
We are passionate about making a difference to road safety and have ambitious plans to build upon the recruitment foundations of previous years. Reporting to the Talent and Capability Lead, this position will head a small team of recruiters to provide a mix of recruitment and employee data services.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Oversee the team to ensure on time, quality, and stakeholder satisfaction in the delivery of recruitment services.
  • Develop and implement fit for purpose talent methodologies that will enable talent attraction, speed to hire, and candidate pipeline.
  • Collaborating with business leaders, to develop and implement resourcing plans to address critical roles and resource requirements.
  • Governance of all recruitment and onboarding compliance including the maintenance of the HRIS master data and ATS
  • Manage employee data, including internal mobility, establishment, and employee changes.
  • Manage the job evaluation service to ensure consistency of evaluation, external benchmarking, and market analysis.
  • Use a range of data and metrics to monitor performance to generate insights and identify opportunities for continuous improvements.
