Description:

OVERVIEW:

Supports business client group in proactively sourcing, identifying and acquiring the talent necessary to meet business needs. Through interaction with internal and external clients ensures that the company’s diversity philosophy is communicated and that Affirmative Action goals are obtained.

EMPLOYMENT PROCESSES:

  • Recommends and implements process improvements for employment operations
  • Reports to upper management on staffing initiatives and results.
  • Recommends process improvements that are in compliance with company policies.
  • Communicates and interacts regularly with the management/HR Directors of assigned client groups in order to identify emerging employment process issues.
  • Works with HR leaders to identify and incorporate recruitment staffing benchmarks, metrics, goals and best practices.
  • Responsible for employment data accuracy and integrity.
  • Partners with HR Subject Matter Experts (Generalists / Compensation) to ensure that job descriptions for posted positions accurately reflect roles and responsibilities.
