As the Team Lead for Talent Acquisition focusing on the German market, you will report directly to the Chief HR & People of Salonkee and collaborate closely with the Head of Talent Acquisition for the non german speaking geographies, spearhead our efforts to attract and hire top talent, particularly Sales representatives, to propel Salonkee’s growth and solidify our market position. This role is pivotal in providing hands-on support and guidance to Talent Acquisition specialists based in Germany, ensuring they are empowered and efficient in their recruitment activities. Your leadership will be crucial in maintaining alignment with our strategic goals and enhancing our team’s performance to meet the dynamic needs of the German market.
Responsibilities:
- Lead (hands-on), mentor, and support the German Talent Acquisition colleagues, ensuring they are motivated and equipped to meet recruitment goals. Develop and implement strategic talent acquisition plans tailored to the German market.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to hiring, focusing on critical roles to drive business success in the German region.
- Deploy advanced sourcing strategies to build a strong pipeline of candidates. Leverage your expertise in the German market to tap into relevant talent pools.
- Maintain robust relationships with both internal stakeholders and potential candidates, ensuring a smooth and effective recruitment process.
