THE EXPERIENCE WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Proven experience or understanding of sourcing and talent screening processes.

• Strong project management capabilities and savvy in organising multiple tasks.

• Confident in communication - fluent in English as well as German - and building relationships with colleagues and candidates at all levels.

• Adept at leveraging social media and professional networks for candidate engagement.

• Track record of cultivating diverse candidate pools, ensuring inclusivity in the talent acquisition process.
• Analytical aptitude to use data in improving sourcing activities and meeting KPIs.
