POSITION MISSION
We are looking for someone who has great passion in working with people all over the world! You will work closely with the HR team and company’s management. You will have a hands-on experience of an international e-commerce business operation where everything is running in a fast and dynamic pace. You will be working in a team consisting of more than 25 different nationalities.
You will be fully accountable for the recruitment efforts of all our offices globally. Your goal is to recruit smart and talented people to help our company to continue to grow fast and sustainably. You will report directly to the directors of the company.
Responsibilities:
- Source candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline
- Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, and performing phone screenings
- Take ownership of candidate experience by designing and managing it
- Develop job postings, job descriptions, and position requirements
- Perform reference checks as need
- Facilitate the offer process by extending the offer and negotiating employment terms
- Manage onboarding and new hire process
- Stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices
- Manage the overall interview, selection, and closing process
- Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with employment laws and regulations
- Other tasks assigned by supervisor
