Salesforce is currently seeking to hire an experienced Talent Advisor to join our Campus hiring program team. Campus recruitment helps devise and execute the firm’s entry level recruiting strategy. As a senior member of the Campus recruitment team, you will work hands on to deliver the Intern and Graduate Program in APAC and increase adoption of this strategic program among Managers and Executives. You will have the opportunity to work on hiring the best Interns and Graduates in the market across all of our business units.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • Significant relevant experience in campus recruiting domain
  • Strong knowledge of campus hiring landscape in ANZ
  • Proven track record as a successful Campus Recruiter within a corporate environment
  • Understanding and experience with campus recruitment and academic cycles across ANZ
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of global, cross regional teams
  • Excellent organizational, project, task and administrative skills
  • Be a self-starter and possess strong sense of self-motivation
  • Strong communication, presentation and negotiation capability
  • Preferred knowledge of applicant tracking system - Workday
  • Multi tasking abilities
