Lifemark Health Group, Canada’s largest and most comprehensive healthcare management organization is looking for a social-media savvy and results-focused Talent Advisor to work alongside our supportive HR/Talent Leaders and National Team of Talent Advisors.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Ideally 1-3 years working in a high-volume full-cycle recruitment capacity, preferably within a medium to large organization
  • Experience recruiting administrative professionals and operations support staff for healthcare, rehabilitation or wellness environments is highly desirable
  • Completion of post-secondary education in the field of Human Resources or related discipline
  • Experienced managing multiple strategic searches and client relationships
  • Proficiency working with recruiting and people-related tools and systems, including applicant tracking systems, resume databases, internet sourcing tools and various reporting tools
  • Bilingual in French/English is a strong asset

Responsibilities:

ABOUT THIS ROLE

This is a temporary full-time position (6-12 months) and hybrid role. You will be working 3 days on-site at our National Office and 2 days remote.
Lifemark is seeking an enthusiastic, creative, and social-media savvy Recruiter to support our network of rehabilitation clinics across Canada. Your 1-3 years of experience as a recruiter, growing knowledge of recruitment best practices, along with a familiarity of applicant tracking systems will allow for great success in this position. Excellent communication is a must; professional level French-English bilingualism is a strong asset for this position.

KEY FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Full cycle recruitment: Apply your expertise to ensure an efficient, transparent, effective, inclusive and equitable candidate experience. Including but not limited to: creating attractive job postings on internal and external job boards and niche sites; screening applications and resumes; candidate assessments via telephone and video interviews; job offer creation, new-hire set-up, and onboarding.
  • Relationship Management: Guide and coach business leaders through an efficient recruitment process that will result in the hiring of the best available talent providing an outstanding candidate experience.
  • Reporting: Ability to run reporting, metrics, and recruitment analytics that facilitate the growth of talent pipelines.
