As a Talent Analyst, you will work collaboratively with our portfolio companies and investment team to accelerate growth. This is an opportunity to work with high-growth software companies (with $5-100M+ revenue) on a wide range of strategic talent/people-related topics. You will quickly gain valuable experience as you team directly with portfolio company leadership on topics such as executive search, performance management, compensation, organizational design, culture, and DE&I. The Talent Analyst will report directly to the Managing Director of Portfolio Value Creation.

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively recruit for and support 6+ executive searches across the SGE portfolio
  • Recruit, engage, and manage relationships with active and prospective executive candidates
  • Partner with HR advisors, consultants, and preferred executive and high-velocity search providers
  • Deliver best practices on executive assessment, coaching, and culture/engagement
  • Proactively manage and organize talent network of 6k+ contacts
  • Build and maintain market maps for each portfolio company
  • Maintain comprehensive compensation, incentive, and benefits benchmarks
  • Proactively nurture and support SGE “Head of People” community
  • Collaborate with Portfolio Value Creation teams and Investment Team to evolve role and impact

What we’re looking for

What we’re looking for:

  • 1-3 years of experience in search (retained or contingent) or working within people/talent operations at a high-growth SaaS organization
  • Strong track-record of closing a substantial number of searches and managing recruiting processes from start to finish
  • Experience in C-Level recruiting, preferred
  • Experience working with VC or PE-investors, preferred
  • Strong work ethic, desire to learn, and attention to detail
  • Relationship-driven; ability to build and foster relationships with candidates and stakeholders
  • Innate focus on output, self-motivated with the ability to complete tasks independently
  • Data-driven and organized
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
