EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • A degree in HR or equivalent
  • Minimum of 5 years of specialized experience in Talent Management or Organizational Development, preferably in a FMCG company within a matrix structure.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Experience with SAP and SuccessFactors would be advantageous

Responsibilities:

PURPOSE:

The Talent and Leadership Development Manager plays a critical role in driving the talent management, leadership development, and performance management strategies at HEINEKEN Beverages. This role focuses on identifying and nurturing high-potential talent, facilitating impactful training initiatives & programs in partnership with the People Function and Learning & Development teams, advancing succession planning, and overseeing performance appraisals to strengthen our leadership pipeline and uphold peak employee performance.
