Description:
EXPERIENCE WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
- 1-2 years experience in a HR or recruitment administration role, or customer service role.
- Experience managing small projects with a focus on quality and meeting deadlines.
- Demonstrated experience using social media platforms such as TikTok, LinkedIn & Instagram.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft office suite and experience in using a HRIS/Recruitment System knowledge would be advantageous.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE:
We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our People & Culture team based in Sydney. You will be the backbone of the Talent Acquisition team, supporting with recruitment across our 65 offices, building our employer brand and helping execute our national diversity & inclusion strategy.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
- Handle administrative duties vital to our recruitment process, maintaining records and creating employee contracts when needed.
- Support the team in reviewing, shortlisting & screening candidates, identifying qualified individuals whose skills and values align with SCA’s values.
- Take charge of SCA’s employer TikTok and spearhead social media recruitment campaigns, leveraging digital platforms to engage potential candidates and bolster SCA’s employer brand.
- Manage the SCA Careers inbox, acting as the first point of contact for the Talent Acquisition team.
- Play a key role in promoting diversity and inclusion within SCA’s workforce by aiding in the implementation of initiatives aimed at attracting and retaining diverse talent.
- Contribute to national HR initiatives and projects.
- Oversee internal mobility programs, facilitating internal growth and development opportunities for our employees.
- Support in administering employee benefits, ensuring a seamless experience for all employees.
- Manage the recruitment of casual staff and ad hoc junior positions in the business.
- Assist in crafting job descriptions that accurately reflect the requirements and opportunities of each role.
- Provide system administration support, ensuring the smooth operation of recruitment-related tools and databases.
