Description:

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. CHRP designation is an asset.
  • Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting or talent acquisition, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and tools, including social media, job boards, and networking
  • Exceptional written, oral & presentation skills coupled with a strong work ethic and proven ability to excel in a client-service-oriented environment.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Software (Word, Outlook, Excel) and HRIS Recruitment systems. Success Factors is an asset.

Responsibilities:

RESPONSIBILITIES FOR TALENT ATTRACTION:

  • Develop and execute talent strategies to attract top talent to the organization. This includes, but is not limited to, posting job openings, running social media campaigns, organizing networking events, and implementing employee referral programs.
  • Build relationships with universities, professional organizations, and other talent pipelines to ensure a consistent flow of high-quality candidates.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and targeted recruitment plans.
  • Screen and interview candidates to assess their qualifications and fit for the organization.
  • Manage the candidate experience throughout recruitment by providing timely communication and feedback.
  • Work with hiring managers to schedule interviews, make job offers, and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.

RESPONSIBILITIES FOR TALENT DEVELOPMENT:

  • Partnering with HR and department managers to identify training and development needs.
  • Determining in-house or outsourced training and development programs to address identified needs.
  • Helping employees to enroll in the agreed-upon training and development solutions.
