- Lead the recruitment efforts to attract exceptional talent to our team at RE/MAX CARE Team Goran in Windsor, ON, CA.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices to ensure our team remains ahead in the real estate sector.
- Foster a collaborative and vibrant work environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth among agents.
- Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract experienced, new, and high-potential agents.
- Establish and nurture a strong community network to engage prospective agents effectively.
- Work closely with marketing teams to craft engaging recruitment campaigns and materials.
- Audit our CRM system thoroughly to identify training opportunities and areas for agent improvement in lead follow-ups.
- Create and execute training programs to address identified gaps and enhance agent skills effectively.
- Provide continuous support and mentorship to new and existing agents, promoting a culture of ongoing learning and development.
- Build strong relationships with current and potential agents, acting as a key contact for their professional growth.
- Collaborate with team leaders and managers to customize training programs based on individual agent needs.
- Organize networking events and workshops to cultivate a sense of community and collaboration among agents.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is required for this position at RE/MAX CARE Team Goran in Windsor, ON, CA.
- Previous experience in recruitment, training, or a similar capacity is essential for the Talent Attraction, Training, and Development Manager role.
