JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Acoustics, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in acoustics or automotive audio system design.
• Proficient in audio design tools and software.
• Basic knowledge of loudspeaker design
• Familiarity with some of the following areas: acoustical engineering, transducer engineering, digital signal processing, amplifier engineering, physical/psycho-acoustics, or recording arts.
• Understanding of product development and sound tuning principles.
• Good problem-solving skills and technical aptitude.
• Basic technical and construction skills
• Effective communication and project management capabilities.
• Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.

• Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset.
• Excellent hearing capability
• Open to travel to Harman sites within Europe
