We’re looking for a Talent Consultant to join our Commercial team, to assist in the fulfillment of talents for Glints’ hiring partners by providing a world-class Talent & Customer experience, and to grow Glints’ talent database.
As a Talent Consultant, you’re the vital link between clients and candidates. Talent Consultant is very different from HR, TA or internal recruiter. Instead of doing it with a psychological approach, Consultant will use sales techniques and networking to attract potential talents for our hiring partners.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Min. 1 year of experience working within sales activity
  • High EQ and ability to adapt with technology and people
  • Must have a passion and committed for sales processes
  • Adaptable and comfortable with uncertainty: You will be working in a startup environment that is rapidly changing and iterating. Previous experience working in a startup environment would be an added advantage.
  • Recruitment consultant experience would be preferred

Responsibilities:

  • Developing a good understanding of our hiring partners, their industry, what they do, their work culture and environment.
  • Working with candidates to identify the best job match and manage priorities efficiently.
  • Managing and tracking a high volume of hiring processes while also providing guidance, gathering feedback and pushing job processes forward.
  • Helping candidates at all stages of interviews at scale.
