Responsibilities:
YOUR ROLE:
As an embedded Talent Acquisition Consu l tant II at Room Raccoon, a leading hotel tech company globally, your role would be to help source and hire the best talent for the growing business.
You will be expected to run with 6-10 positions simultaneously at any given time. You will be responsible for the full recruitment process from start to finish working alongside a small team and reporting into the H ead of Talent.
Your role will see you being involved in building out processes for the team which will drive efficiency and building on the business’ employer branding strategy.
YOUR PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE:
- Management of 6-10 positions at any given time / Points accounted for in this level is 50.
- Responsible ( a ccountability and ownership) for the full recruitment cycle from start to finish
- Sourcing and attracting candidates thro u gh headhunt in g , soci als and company career page (ATS)
- Partnering with hiring managers for updates on vacancies and guiding them through the recruitment process
- Management of stakeholders internal / external working on your vacancies within agreed timelines
- Management of candidate profiles, ensuring folders are up to date and in real time
- Collaborate with hiring managers on developing job descriptions and advertising positions
- Be an integral part of the team always looking for best practices
- Attend business social events as needed
- Being an integral part of the employer branding committeeWorking closely with TA Lead & Marketing team to strategise and execute a strategy related to Employer Branding
