Job Description
We are looking for a Talent Coordinator to join our Talent Acquisition (TA) team here in ANZ. This role will be a 6 month fixed term contract and play an integral role in supporting our ANZ TA team as well as hiring managers, candidates and all stakeholders throughout the hiring processes. This role will support hires of all levels in a fast-paced environment. This role will require a high attention to detail, a strong sense of urgency, resourcefulness and adaptability.
This position reports into the ANZ Manager, Recruiting, and will be located in Sydney, Australia.

Responsibilities:
- Manage high-volume interview activities with speed and efficiency as you work across different timezones and complex calendars
- Manage the candidate experience across each recruitment process as you coordinate all interviews, help candidates with their preparation for interviews and be available for meet and greet for any face to face interviews
- Regular communication with stakeholders (Recruiters, HR Business Partners, Hiring Managers and Interview Panels) via phone and email
- Develop a strong partnership with our Recruiters and Hiring Teams as you coordinate pre-briefs and debriefs across all of our roles
- Support special projects as needed
- Engage with prospects, sustain relationships, screen, and share prospective talent with hiring teams.
- Source, qualify, and deliver highly qualified prospects using multiple tools and techniques.
